As New Year's Day approaches the inevitable stream of New Years Resolution's come flowing in, with only a few ever to be achieved. Such is the nature of the beast, but making resolutions can still be helpful to you since it at least is a reminder to try to achieve something. How to not lose weight.



As someone with a weight problem, I had resolved to try and lose some weight this year. However, that hasn’t gone so well. The goal had been to lose 50 lbs. for the whole year. That goal wasn’t met in the slightest. What happened?

In December of 2006, three men: Mitchell Biel, Josh Pfennigwerth, and Joshua Mascarello drove through five counties in Nebraska, leaving a trail of destruction. Using eggs and a BB-gun, they vandalized over 100 car windows. They were promptly arrested, and charges of criminal mischief were filled. They were later arraigned and two of them were sentenced to spend time in jail, while paying restitution to their victims.
